I have run large teams and businesses for several major banks and financial institutions and have been widely recognized as an excellent mentor for new salespeople. I am certified as a CLFP (Certified Leasing and Finance Professional) and my teams have won numerous awards for our production over the years. You do not need experience in lending but I am looking for people who have proven themselves in a sales environment and who are comfortable talking to people on the phone.
Compensation will be discussed during interviews but will be commission based. Job has tremendous upside and we do not restrict territories, etc. so you can literally decide who and where you want to market to. We also have lead generation services we use so some leads will be provided but in order to be successful, a person needs to be good at prospecting and networking as this is where the best deals always come from.
This industry has been very good to me and I am looking to take my experience and teach others while also creating opportunities for them. Jobs will be remote to begin with but as the business grows, we will be looking to set up a call center in the future and ultimately, I will need people to help me manage and grow the business so there is upside here as well.
Given the comp structure, I’m open to part-time or full-time provided we agree upon a schedule in advance. I also do fix and flip real estate investing which is another potential way to make money for someone interested in finding properties so lots of opportunity here.
